Robbin Ahrold, (President) has over 40 years experience in strategic communications for the television, music and copyright industries working with such leading companies as Home Box Office (HBO), RCA Corporation, RCA Records, Bertelsmann Media Group (BMG), and Broadcast Music Inc. (BMI). Building on his experience as a media business reporter for Time magazine, he designed and executed public policy communications campaigns and has testified before Congress for the music and copyright industries. He has created and executed nationwide media and marketing campaigns for HBO, RCA and BMI and directed media operations for some of the music industry’s most prestigious awards events. He has produced and directed international conferences for the creative industries both in the US and abroad.


Among the companies and creative industry organizations with which Mr. Ahrold has worked are: the US Copyright Office, the Copyright Alliance, the Recording Academy, the Television Academy, The Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA), the International Confederation of Societies of Authors and Composers (CISAC), and the FastTrack Digital Copyright Network.


Work on behalf of non-profit organizations includes significant projects for: the National Endowment for the Arts, The Songwriters Hall of Fame, The Smithsonian Institution, The Thelonious Monk Institute of Jazz, the Rhythm and Blues Foundation, The Country Music Foundation, The Blues Foundation, The Broadcasters’ Foundation, and The Library of Broadcasting.
